Agreement
These terms govern your use of the ClearSpace Android app and this website. By using ClearSpace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ClearSpace provides tools to review and remove photos, videos, and other media from your device. Features may change as the app improves. You are responsible for reviewing selections before confirming deletion.
Your responsibilities
You must use ClearSpace lawfully and only with media you are authorized to manage. Keep appropriate backups of important files. Device and operating-system behavior may affect whether deleted items can be recovered.
ClearSpace Pro
Optional paid features may be offered through Google Play. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are presented before purchase. Subscriptions, if offered, are managed through your Google Play account and subject to Google Play’s terms.
Intellectual property
ClearSpace, its design, software, and original content belong to JonnyLab or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Disclaimer
ClearSpace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every duplicate or similar photo will be identified, or that the service will always be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JonnyLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ClearSpace. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
