Our privacy approach
ClearSpace is designed to help you review and clean media on your Android device. Photo and video analysis is performed on-device. ClearSpace does not upload your photo library to our servers for analysis.
Information ClearSpace accesses
ClearSpace requests access to photos and videos so it can identify duplicates, similar photos, screenshots, large videos, and other cleanup opportunities. This access is used to provide the app’s core features. You choose what to delete.
Accounts and tracking
ClearSpace does not require an account. We do not use your photo library to track you or build an advertising profile.
Purchases
If you purchase ClearSpace Pro, the transaction is processed by Google Play. Google may process information according to its own privacy policy. ClearSpace does not receive your full payment card details.
Diagnostics and support
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details, and message. Do not attach private photos unless they are necessary to explain your request and you are comfortable sharing them.
Data retention
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain service records, and meet legal obligations. Photos and videos analyzed locally by the app are not retained by us.
Children’s privacy
ClearSpace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
